摘要: 作为中国主要污染源之一,火电行业实施循环经济既是节能减排的需要,也是经济提质增效的需要。本文运用基于方向距离函数的网络DEA模型,测度了2007-2013年中国火电行业循环经济效率,并进行了收敛性检验和影响因素分析。研究发现:①中国火电行业循环经济效率总体上处于较低水平,其中社会和生态子系统效率低下,经济子系统较好;东部和中部效率变动较小,西部较大;②整体效率和经济子系统效率先收敛后发散,社会子系统效率总体呈现稳定状态,生态子系统效率总体呈现收敛趋势;③要素禀赋结构、能源价格对循环经济整体效率有显著正向影响,科研投入、资源循环利用率、环境规制强度对循环经济整体效率有显著负向影响,同时通过引入虚拟变量验证了区位分布对循环经济效率也存在重要影响。
