摘要:
绿色科技创新是实现以科技创新推动绿色发展、形成绿色发展模式目标的重要载体。本文在分析绿色科技创新定义的基础上,探究绿色科技创新理念的理论基础,全面阐述绿色科技创新的实践意义及其经济、社会、生态三重价值;结合黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展国家战略建设的新要求,指出绿色科技创新在此国家战略实现过程中对促进流域经济绿色发展、保障流域水安全、助力流域生态文明建设的价值体现及重要意义;从科技创新基础、科技创新投资、绿色科技创新成果三方面对黄河流域绿色科技创新现状进行分析;最后,提出绿色科技创新在黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展国家战略中的实现途径。以期完善绿色科技创新的理论研究,支撑黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展国家战略实施。
