摘要:
矿业在国民经济发展中起着重要的作用,分析湖北省东部矿产资源违规开采点的空间分布特征,探讨成因机制,对遏制违法开采行为、有效保护和合理利用矿产资源具有重要意义。利用遥感影像解译结合野外调查获取的2011-2014年矿产资源违规开采点数据,采用空间插值、核密度分析、缓冲区分析和重心模型等方法,从全部矿产资源、主要违规矿种的违规开采点密度分布特征和违规开采点重心转移两个层次、三个方面揭示矿产违规开采点空间转移特征。结果表明:研究期内违规开采点集中分布在大冶市和阳新县,具有向大冶市与铁山区结合部转移的特点,但金属矿产违规重心几乎不变,建筑石料用灰岩逐年向阳新县转移,主要受矿产资源禀赋特征、交通便捷程度、不同行政单元结合部和经济发展刚性需求等因素的影响;违规开采点重心呈“Z”型转移,迁移轨迹与监管疏漏导致的不同区域违规开采数量变化和重要矿种分布情况有关。
